1995，Mr. Liu fengsheng founded huaxing pharmacy, which was contracted by changsha medical health-care equipment company, a subsidiary of the previous changsha drug administration. It was the first pharmacy during the start up of tgr (closed due to relocation in march, 2017), setting the basic tone for the start up period of tgr.
